Sales Executive

Jake was born and raised in central Minnesota in the thriving City of Kingston (Population 131) – a community located about 60 miles west of Minneapolis. As a child and young adult, he spent much of his time participating in outdoor activities, including the game of golf – which he still engages in (even in the Texas heat!). Jake met his wife, Emily, while he was in college and they have two beautiful daughters, Avis and Josie – both native-born Texans. As a young adult, in between classes and serving in the Minnesota Army National Guard, Jake found his passion for sales and business development. This interest led Jake to a 10-year career in the wireless communications industry, where he held a variety of positions, working his way up from a part-time sales representative to eventually owning multiple franchise locations for a large mobile communications carrier. Jake’s entrepreneurial spirit has helped shape his career in multiple industries and has afforded him the opportunity to align his passion to that of Swing King’s mission and goals. Jake looks forward to connecting with industry customers to introduce something new and exciting to the golf clubs across the State of Texas and the south!

Why I like working at Swing King:
Incredible group of people and being a part of something that is already creating a lot of excitement in hundreds of courses across the country.
